Your Monthly Studio Membership
Welcome to Your Creative Home! The Cove Pass is a monthly membership for families, content creators, and photographers who want flexible access to a private, fully equipped creative space. Whether you’re documenting family milestones, creating content, or running photo sessions, this membership gives you consistent access to a calm, professional, and self-guided studio — on your schedule.
Membership covers:
- Families – immediate family only (spouse, children, and grandparents)
- Creators & Businesses – you and /or your team (up to 6 people)
- Photographers – you, your assistants, and/or clients (up to 6 people)
*Photographers: Add mini-sessions for +$100/month (up to 8 people onsite at a time — rotating flow allowed)
Please note: The 6-person maximum includes everyone entering the studio – adults, children, and babies.

What’s Included (All Members):
- 2 hours of private studio time monthly (use all at once or split into 30-minute blocks)
- Access to our props, sets, and lighting equipment
- Bring your own camera, props, and additional equipment you need
- Standard hours: 8 AM – 8 PM daily with keyless entry
- After-hours and holiday access available by request
- Private restroom for your comfort and changing clothes
- Need more time? Members may add additional studio hours at a flat member rate of $100/hour + tax (public rate: $120/hr+tax) (Note: Additional hours must be booked in advance and do not roll over)
Simple Agreement
- Automatic charge: $199/month + 8.25% sales tax & (Photographer Edition: $299/month +8.25% sales tax with mini-session upgrade)
- Respect your booked time slot and end sessions promptly
- Cancel anytime with 30 days’ email notice to hello@selfiecove.com
- Book sessions by emailing or calling us directly
- Reschedule with 48 hours’ notice – missed sessions without notice don’t roll over
- Unused monthly hours do not roll over unless an emergency
- You’re responsible for your guests and leaving the studio clean/reset
- Membership is non-transferable
- Agree to full Studio Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver

We provide an initial orientation to get you started. For ongoing basic assistance with lighting or setup, help is available for a small fee—just ask us in advance!
